Admissions

As a charter school, we offer tuition-free half-day Kindergarten, and full-day Elementary, and Middle School programs. Preschool and Before/Afterschool Care are offered on a fee basis (see our Tuition and Rates below).  Please call (520) 319-8668 to speak with Rosemary or (520) 596-4765 to speak with Hannah about our programs.

The Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle School classes are open for enrollment on a first come, first served basis except that priority is given to continuing students and their siblings. The Montessori Schoolhouse does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion or national origin. Enrollment age for Preschool is 3 years old if your student is fully potty trained. Enrollment age for Kindergarten is 5 years old before September 1st.

  A Notice to Parents regarding Preschool and Afterschool enrollment

  The Montessori Schoolhouse reserves the right to refuse admission to or disenroll any student deemed inappropriate or “not ready” for our Preschool or Afterschool environments for any reason. Reasons may include but are not limited to: wetting and other toilet-training matters, any form of physical aggression, abuse of materials, running away, hiding, excessive absences or lateness, parental aggression or disrespect towards staff, and/or tuition lateness or nonpayment.

  The staff will make every effort to help children and parents adjust to the school environment.
